Shipping Policy
United StatesAll orders under $25 are shipped for a flat fee of $5.00, to the 48 contiguous states. All order over $25 are shipped for free.
Due to high shipping volumes, it may take up to 3 weeks to receive your order.
InternationalShipping rates are calculated at check out. At this time we do not ship to Canada.
Refund Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase, and we stand by our product. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your Amazing Swedish Dishcloth please message us at hello@amazingswedishdishcloth.com and we will work with you to either replace it, or refund your money within 30 days of receiving your order.
FAQs
Q: How long will my order take?
A: We ship via USPS basic service. This means no tracking number and around 3 weeks for delivery.
Q: What if I have questions about my order?
A: Please email us at hello@amazingswedishdishcloth.com and we will get back to within 24 hours (during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9-5)
Q: How do I clean my cloth?
A: To wash, simply toss on the top rack of the dishwasher, or into the washing machine and then air dry.
Q: What is it made of?
A: Our dishcloths are made in Sweden from a blend of 30% cotton and 70% cellulose (natural plant material), and is fully biodegradable and compostable.
Q: Can I personalize my cloth?
A: Unfortunately, our dishcloths cannot be personalized at this time.
Q: Can I get rush delivery?
A: Yes, rush delivery costs an extra fee of $12.50 and will likely arrive within 5 business days. Otherwise, delivery is free for orders over $25 and $5 for all orders under $25.
